The food I brought was the cookies and my partner brought the donuts, I used the baking plate, a cup, and my partner. Some stuff I learned from food photography is that the best tips are to have the correct lighting, have props and a background, be quick, style it, enhance it, and get down low and marco, which didn't know that having to style the food would make the picture better. What i made my photographs to look like a professional food photographer was to get good lighting and move the food around a little. Something I didn't know about food photography was the time it took to get the perfect photo. Some careers/businesses that use food photography is fast food (McDonalds etc.) places and commercials on the T.V. to get people to buy the food and make in look delicious. I think the thing I was successful in was capturing the lighting and its something I will continue to use in the photographs I capture.

The steps i did in photoshop in order to do my name was use the template Mrs. Moncure had already created for a 7 letter name, I then went to iPhoto to get my pictures i already selected to use and turn the into black and white (I cropped some in order to only get the letter itself). From there I resized the pictures to fit into the template and so one. I then saved it as "photoshop" & to save as a "JPEG" i had to "merge visible" the finishing product to get the final picture. Some steps I struggled with were getting the pictures into the frame with the right size and in taking photos It was hard trying to find a letter "R". What I like best about my artwork is just all the different shapes I was able to het a letter for my name but i really like the first shadow letter "A". What I think I could've improved on my artwork was capturing a better letter "M".
