The photo represents Balance. The principle of balance is within the cars being 2 red and 1 white. The photograph is successful because I was able to capture the cars and lucky one red one came just in time for me to be able to get this photograph. This photo represents Proportion. The principle of proportion is within the height difference of the trees which the two back one are the same height and the one in the front is a much smaller height. The photograph was successful because the trees were a good way of showing proportion which is of the height difference in the trees. The photo represents Rhythm. The principle of rhythm is with the flags movement in the air when being used. The photograph was successful because the color guard people were outside performing and I took the chance to get them practicing with their flags in movement. The photo represents Emphasis. The principle of emphasis is within the eye of my friend Amber. The photograph was successful because the color of her eye is in focus and takes the attention from her light skin tone to her blue eyes. The photo represents Harmony. The principle of harmony is within the sun and clear blue sky. The photograph was successful because in the picture you can see a bit of sunlight rays and glare.

FormThe photo is of Form. The element of form is within the light and shadows of the flower bush. The photograph was successful because the tree in front was able to cast the shadow just in time on the bush and some sunlight was able to go through.
I took these pictures under shutter speed priority. Some struggles I had during the fast shutter speed was trying to capture a picture where the balloon pops and the water makes a shield as it falls on top of someones head like Mrs. Moncure, i eventually got one where i kept holding down the button to take the picture and captured multiple ones. What I learned about fast shutter speed is, take multiple photos of what you're trying to capture, so when you go back to look at them you have multiple ones to choose from. Also, to be accurate on what you are capturing. At last to enjoy yourself when taking these photos with fast shutter speed because they are incredible and fun to mess with too. You can also use fast shutter speed for racing, jumping, and anything else that requires to move in motion.
LineAs you can see here the lines are shown by the snow trail on the road as the carriage goes by. By using the lines of trails in the snow Stieglitz was able to put the main focus on the man going through the village. ValueIn this picture the main focus is on the girl. The shading in background makes the girl the main focus so when someone looks at this picture the focus of ones eyes in only on the girl since she is also wearing white which attracts the person too look at her.
I took these pictures of my partner on a tripod in a dark room. He used glowsticks and the app My Light Paint. Some struggles we had was trying to get the photo on time without getting cut off. What we learned with light painting is that its a process to get used too and get the right picture in the frame. Some other ideas we can do with light painting is do different types of ways to get a picture like using sparklers.
